Honors Academy/GATE

Beatty Middle School features Honors Academy (application and Honors Placement Test required), with classes available in Math, Science, English, and History. Honors Academy classes are for students who find their strength in one or more curricular areas. Qualifying students may take Honors Academy classes in any combination of subjects. After-school academic enrichment activities are likewise provided to students who are GATE (Gifted and Talented Education) identified by the Buena Park School District.
